Incorrect Shadows and Lighting
Shadows and lighting are incorrect on default settings and can have random casts. Disabling EFB Copies to Texture Only will fix the issue. The setting won't take effect until you exit the lot and reenter it (or enter another lot). Fixed since 5.0-12123.
